• Fresh towels warmed and folded for your comfort

• Music or nature sounds playing softly, chosen to match the energy of the day

I always take a few moments to stand in the room once everything is set—to breathe, to visualize the experience from your perspective, and to infuse the space with calm.

Before you arrive, I review your booking notes and any previous visits. Whether you’ve mentioned a tight shoulder, pregnancy-related tension, or just needing a quiet escape from work stress, I make sure your session is personalized from start to finish.

Sometimes that means prepping specific massage oils. Other times it’s setting the table with an extra pillow for comfort or choosing a music style that will best support your relaxation.
