Ear candling involves the use of a hollow, cone-shaped candle that’s gently placed in the ear canal while you relax comfortably on your side. As the candle burns, it creates a warm vacuum-like effect that may help soften and draw out wax, ease sinus pressure, and promote a calming sensation.

What to Expect During a Session:
Your appointment will start with you comfortably lying on your side in a quiet, relaxing space. The candle is lit, and you’ll hear a soft crackling sound—similar to a campfire. After the candle is removed, your therapist may gently massage around the ears or neck to further encourage drainage and relaxation.
