Zensations Massage understands that sometimes clients can’t make their appointments. I ask that you notify me as soon as possible and with a minimum of 24 hours notice, before fees apply.
Late Appointments Clients who arrive late to their appointment will still have their appointment honoured, however the scheduled finish time will need to be maintained to accommodate other appointments following.
Cancelled Appointments Clients who give more than 24 hours notice of changing or cancelling an appointment at Zensations Massage will not be charged a fee.
Clients who give less than 24 hours notice of cancelling an appointment at Zensations Massage will incur a full fee charge invoice sent to them. No further appointments can be booked until the invoice is paid. Zensations Massage may waive the fee in personal/ family emergencies.
Missed Appointments Clients who miss an appointment altogether with no communication to Zensations Massage will incur the full fee charge invoice sent to them. No further appointments can be booked until the invoice is paid.
